I. Lead-in (导入)

1. 播放医生与病人英文对话视频，让学生积累就医常用表达（如 What's the matter? / I have a...）。

2. 展示课文插图，提问：

- Where are they?

- What's the relationship between them?

引导学生快速进入情境。

II. While-reading (读中)

1. 初读 3a：快速阅读，回答 What's the matter with Helen?，并划线标出描述症状的句子。

2. 再读 3a：

- 找出 Helen 求助的句子：What should I do? / Can I go to school tomorrow?

- 找出医生的建议：You should take some medicine and drink enough water. / You should rest at home.

3. 完成 3b 表格：将 Helen 的症状与医生建议整理到表格中，梳理信息。

4. 精读细节：完成 7 道选择题（如 When did she start feeling sick?），同步讲解重点短语：

take one's temperature / throat hurts / wear a mask / stop...from passing the flu virus，并升华主题 Your health is in your hands。

III. Post-reading (读后)

1. 跟读熟悉文本：逐句带读对话，巩固重点词汇句型。

2. 3c 角色扮演：听录音后分组演练，要求流利无错+肢体语言，上台展示。

3. 3d 拓展创作：利用表格提示句型，创编新的就医对话，强化口语输出。

IV. Homework (作业)

1. 总结并记忆本课核心单词与句型。

2. 背诵 3a 对话。
