先介绍下他们的学情：英语程度不错，我讲到哪里，他们能知道，会做笔记，学习习惯也不错😄
开头导入我用了他们去年植树节活动的图片，然后引出来第八单元的标题Even a small action can make a big difference to the world.图片我提前发到教室电脑💻
然后进行到封面图，讨论书上的三个问题
接下来询问他们：能不能想出其他的志愿者活动？这时候班里的气氛一下子静了，孩子们不知道怎么说什么。于是我就提供了一些场景说，If someone gets lost, how can you help him or her?引出了give directions.然后再创设情景If a visitor wants to know more about our school, what can you do to help?引出guide visitors.当谈到visit the elderly看望老人时，问了他们What can you do for the elderly? 学生的回答也是脑洞大开，有的说play chess with them, 还有的说Tell them jokes, 还有的说play games with them, 还有的说help them use their phones，我还说可以help them fix their phones用语境的方式学习了的1a的6个短语。
解析来过渡到1b，我说If we want do some volunteer work, we'd better join an organization.引出下方的听力材料，学生填出organizatin和how long信息
再听1c引出what do you do there?(activities)
然后学生角色朗读对话
一节课，不用PPT，我课下问一个学生听得怎么样？孩子说，感觉不眼花缭乱了，不用一会看PPT，一会看黑板😂这次只需要看黑板，听，说，记笔记。
不用ppt，我感觉教学很轻松，虽然内容量丝毫不减😄
