This text aims to introduce that people’s lives have been changed by online communities and social networks no matter how old people and what the situation is, and people who are facing similar challenges are able to use the Internet to offer help to each other.

In this lesson, the teacher used textbooks, PPT, blackboard to give students a reading and thinking lesson on the theme of the Internet.

The teacher used the teaching approaches of “5E” and TBLT with PWP teaching procedures. The outstanding parts of this class are various activities and integration of teaching evaluation. Students can read in the line, read between the line and read beyond the line.

However, teacher should give more concern about the following aspects:

Firstly, the difficulty of the activity needs to be further graded so that all students can participate in the lesson. 

Secondly, the design needs to be more innovative to cultivate students' innovative thinking.
